SA get the converted try which is their first ever in a WC final. Bar a miracle comeback from England the Springboks will be lifting the trophy now.

Kolbe gets another try for the Springboks. England are getting a hammering on the scoreboard. It will be their heaviest ever defeat in a WC final.

Another try for SA Didn’t think it would be like this. England obviously played there final last weekend. Tough on England cos you would expect if you can beat NZ you should win it

SA win 32-12 to go level with the All Blacks on 3 WC wins. Kolisi is the first ever black player to captain a WC winning team and, like SA winning their first WC in 1995, this should spark renewed interest in the sport in the country. Some way for Rassie Erasmus to end his time as Springboks coach. I wonder how much of a savaging the England team will get in the media after this result.

Yeah it certainly looks like England played their final last week. Fair play to the Boks though,well done.

At the end of the tournament Josh Adams of Wales is the top try scorer with 7 tries and Handre Pollard of SA the top points scorer with 69 points.

Italy also beat them not all that long ago. BTW an Irishman does get a WC winners medal with Felix Jones being a member of the SA coaching staff.

In this WC Scotland were hammered by Ireland who in turn were hammered by NZ who were in turn hammered by England who were in turn hammered (on the scoreboard anyway) by SA. Some changes of fortune there.
