IP address?

Hi,
on checking my log in details,I noticed some IP addresses that look strange.
I have 4 coming from UK,where I have not been during my log in activity.
On googling these IP address one was UK govt work dept,and others came up as vodafone.
Would appreciate any help,

Mine the same as , if you log in incognito it seems to come up as U.K.
Better that way as you ip address will never show up true

Just checked my log in details. Mine are all Ireland and I go Incognito. Any reason why the last two digits are not always the same....
