I mean would you visit a dentist that was sex-mad and visited escorts and had no regard for the law, would you think he was unethical.

Are you talking about Escorts or Others, sure Escorts do not care as long as you have money

No is not matter. Job is the way how u make the money. Sex and loving to pleasure a girl and to be pleasured is not part of your job but part of your private person and life.
