Its wonderful to be back and meet my real me. My advice never ignore the signs of depression otherwise will destroy your life and yourself .
HI Cherry and I am so glad to hear you turn toward light and living a happier life as no one deserve going through depression as bad and dark day where like be in room with light off or walking in dark tunnel and no end to it...

And your right as first sign is time to deal with it as I thought drinking would ease the pain but it only made it worse...

And one Lady a close friend who went through hell to help me and she never ask for anything in return but last year I surprised her and friend as I pay for 10 night all inclusive to New York for Christmas season...

And now I too live a happier life as travel a lot to different country to for business and pleasure....

So Cherry enjoy having fun here and each day you Cherry get to meet new people and old friends...
Good Luck and by the way love your pictures Hottie....

Well I've been struggling myself. I suffered a heart attack nearly 2 years ago and have struggled with anxiety attacks and slight depression since. I've found ease and comfort in the form of a wonderful lady here who treats me like a king and understands me when we meet. Now I'm no fool and I know she's just a service provider for my money but it's the best therapy I can find. I just hope she stays my friend and continues to understand me and my funny ways.

Thanks mate. She's amazing to be honest and she makes my life very easy even though she doesn't know it. The heart is strong and working well. The anxiety and depression needs working on but I'll get there with the help of those around me. Thanks again for the message

Its says: alcool dont help u to find the answers but to forget the question lol. Yes is very good to not leave the depression to take over your life and need medical help. Some people dont want help and this is very bad. I wanted. I felt sonething happening with me and didnt like it. Sudenly from the optimistical happy person i became very sad with not desire for anytging no goals very unhappy always feel to cry and pesimistic. Thouggt is because the job because im far from family etc .I went home i went in holiday but nothing change same sadness and unhappiness. That moment i knew i have to see a doctor. And i would advice everybody who deal with depression to sick medical advice. Hoping or believing that everuthing will go by itself is wrong. Would not go. To fight with your brain is a very tough batlle ....
