Me, I would do a few things -

Support Soccer and Rugby at grassroots level by in the case of the latter establishing an All Ireland Schools Cup (AFAIK THere are only provincial ones) at both Junior and senior level with a large prize fund and in the case of the former massively increasing what is already there!

I would subsidise a national defribilator programme so they would be everywhere - this would definitely save lives!

I would buy my local LOI soccer team and if I wasn't allowed, I would buy Partick Thistle to put an end to Sectarian Bollock Acting in Glasgow!

I would support strongly 3 legal cases up to and including going to The European Court of Human Rights -

1 A case to establish that no country can have the police in a bedroom - basically, what consenting adults do with each other sexually (barring extreme violence) in private is none of the state's business ever!

2 No state can stop a member of the public filming the police in action (provided it's not just bollock acting by the citizen concerned with malicious intent) in public - A law to criminalise citizens recording police brutality is highly likely to be on the way in this country and they are extremely anxious to get it over the line - Why?

3 The right to water, water to be paid through general taxation only!

I would travel, play golf and get to know some ladies in my private life a lot better! I would also punt the odd time!

I would of course look after family and long standing friends!

You are advised to take it easy for 6 months by the lotto folk, although a bit of a splurge initially would be unavoidable!

Depend to the money. Small win, well about 15-30 millions - house, some good car or two. Sailing boat. Drop my job start my own thing. Not always for money. Support local sport club and some gigs in town to. Help a few best friends pay back they mortagges or buy the houses and rent them for free.

The USA doesn't really hold anything that special for me to justify 90 days, especially the punting scene, which AFAIK is dire and expensive and subject to police stings! Even In Las Vegas,where it is legal, it is very expensive to the point of being at rip off levels!
