Galway, Killarney what you have to visit. Nice and busy ;-) if you have more time you can make a trip at the Giant's Causway. After Easter I have a plan to visit Wicklow with somebody from here ;-)

But yes, depending on your interests, there are interesting places and sights in Ireland.
If you like rugged coastlines and seaviews, the Wild Atlantic Way (running from Donegal to Kinsale in Cork) has become a thing - but you need transport and some time to travel it.
Other coastal sights include, The Cliffs of Moher in Co. Clare and the Giant's Causeway in Antrim.
For walks, including hillwalks, Kerry, Galway and Wicklow are good.
If you are into a bit of culture or history see what the cities have to offer.
If the sun shines(once every ten years ) there are good beaches in Ireland and even on cloudy days they are good to walk along.
Amy place can be boring or interesting, it is up to the individual to find the interesting bit.
And remember, no matter the season and no matter where you go in Ireland - never leave home without your umbrella. :-)
    on what alcatel said
the Wild Atlantic Way is just stunning
    {weather permitting}
    no fog please
on the The Cliffs of Moher
    there,s a walk
    google it
the mid point would be the The Cliffs of Moher
it really would take your breath away
    and for the people
    Galway city and cork city
    love them

Wait wait wait wait now. How do you get smiley faces to work?

About the wild atlantic way thing. It does not end in Kinsale. The Cork leg starts in Kinsale and goes on to Kenmare

Given that you are in Navan I would suggest boyle valley and Newgrange. Older than the pyramids.
Just beside it is the site of the battle of the bound 1690.
If you want sea and mountains Carlingford Loughran is 30km away.
Never mind wild Atlantic way try Ireland's Ancient East.
