If in the case of number 2 prices still go up it'd be crazy given that the punter is now taking a risk! But ultimately the market will either bear that or it won't but it's illogical. I remember paying some mad prices, in retrospect, back in the Celtic Tigers years and I certainly would never revisit that.

But I am not convinced either than punters think with their principles!

Actually the new law has still not been put into affect. It has been passed by politicians and signed by the president. The final stage is the commencement order (start date for sexual offenses bill 2017). it is the minister for justice who decides commencement date. Looking up the statutory commencement order

Link to bill it has not yet commenced. So everyone can ride away for now the guards or authorities wont organize any clampdown until statutory commandment order begins. The purpose of criminalizing purchase of sexual services in part 4 of the bill is an attempt to 1) reduce demand for escorts 2) allow the state to raise revenue by handing out fixed fines (a few hundred euro) similar to parking or other road fines etc.

As has been said stick to regular escorts you have seen multiple times in the past where both parties know each other already and use common sense. Escorts raising rates a bit is likely a result of maybe some reduced demand (guys spooked over new law, paranoia). Reduced amount of reliable guys who actually turn up, give escort a good experience. Escorts are not really raising their rates and any who have there is usually a logical reason. Maybe her costs has gone up, example accommodation, transport costs (car insurance, petrol for driving long distances). If you are not happy with the price increase just dont book. Guys are not being forced to pay excessive rates you have a choice.

My eyelash lady raised her prices because she is booked solid every day. She is good, her clients know it and so does she. I'm happy to pay her increased rate and wouldn't dream of debating it with her.

If you don't want to pay someone's fee, go to someone else. Simple isn't it. Some guys whinging and crying about a small increase. Ffs get a grip. Punting is a luxury, if you can't afford it don't do it. Nobody is forcing your arm up your back and dragging you in to visit escorts.

Supply and demand: If we have more requests for appointments than appointments to give, what's wrong with increasing our fee? We will potentially meet less clients than before and you might have an even better visit

Stay safe everyone. And stop worrying how we run our businesses, because it's really not your problem. As I said before, don't want to pay it, then don't.

    Have fun

well actually you can't ride away as you say as if you are found in a brothel at present you will be treated the same as the escorts themselves and I have heard that from the cops themselves so if you guys decide to punt make sure the lady is working alone and don't get complacent
