    Trying to get fit and loose weight but this week I've fallen completely off the wagon and I feel like shit

    i was like that at xmas, felt so bloated and shit....1st jan I gave up sugar in tea and coffee, and now lost a stone and 2 inches off waist.

    start small like going for a short brisk walk and build up to longer

    you can do it fella...I fecking LOVED sugar more than sex

    Started training last week my wrist feel like there going break but i just have to keep at it hurts now but the rewards will be felt seen and held

    Thanks folks, I'm fairly fit and not what most would call overweight but I've a goal to hit, a timeframe I have to hit it by and I just can't afford to loose a week.
