Personally I'm sickened by this idea that a new escort starting out needs to start at bargain basement prices. True, they might lack experience, but that is also a good thing, guys swarm over them yet would have them believe that they are worthless. Innocence (or relative innocence) has no value anymore.

Just to clarify something, I am totally independent. I never started low, in fact when I started my half hour rate was 160e, it's now 100e, my hourly rate was 250e, it's now 200e.

In the States, criminalisation is much worse and many workers there use references. It started in the 70s in New York and did replace the system. I know clients love the reference system, as tells them that the worker is serious about their work and are more than likely to get a good experience. What personal details are being passed around? That a client saw another worker? It's not like the worker wants their full name or the like.
