How is it not just the girls fault that she is lying?

I make a decision to lie about whatever I want to — if I say my name Donald Trump and I own a chain of hotels that's my decision. I can't blame anyone else. If a girl lies about something in order to try and get more work well, that's her decision, it's no one else's fault.
