Bad start for Sebastian Vettel.
He has got away cleanly but has been reported for having his car out of position on the start grid. Doesn’t want a penalty.
Antonio Giovinazzi has crashed. Safety car deployed.
Lance Stroll is also out from an earlier spin.
Everyone has pitted and changed from the intermediate tyres to the soft tyres. It may be possible to go to the end on those tyres. But the track is damp and it is hard to get heat into the tyres especially under safety car conditions.
Safety car in and Valtteri Bottas spins and drops from fifth to eleventh.
Max Verstappen goes around the outside of Kimi Raikkonen and is up into fourth.
Lewis Hamilton looks well in control in first place.
Sebastian Vettel will face no action for being out of position on the starting grid.
He is at present in fifth position after the safety car. He pitted to early losing time while all the others pitted under the safety car.

Max Verstappen driving well. Now up into second.
Kimi Raikkonen is complaining about his Ferrari. Engineers telling him they see no problem.
But he is holding his team-mate Sebastian Vettle up badly.
Max Verstappen has gone from fourteenth to second. Can he challenge Lewis Hamilton?
Max Verstappen certainly good in damp conditions.
Sebastian Vettel is up to third after banging wheels with Daniel Ricciardo.
Lewis Hamilton is pulling away at the front. Looks like only a problem with the car or tyres will stop him winning.
Sebastian Vettel up into second as Max Verstappen locks up but Sebastian Vettel's tyres are going off.
