I know now, that I am going to have a Mother of a hang over tomorrow. I want a good nights sleep and to wake up with no hangover. Advice please and note that I am camping in the Antartic ) ok, Raheny with no heating _ at the moment, with no shop or Chemist within a lifetime.!

You can get it in tablet or capsule form, I prefer the tablet form but the capsule is probably more effective, just the after taste is redunculous.
