Some common practices that have been happening to date will have to change, but those that are already careful and don't have too many people through the door or have established themselves as part of the community in other ways will be fine. Different women coming and going with lots of visitors are bound to get reported if you look at this in a common sense way. If you know of a building or area that is known for prostitution does it make sense to go there?

Not to be a pedantic Pat, but just to note that it is generally accepted these days that Mary Magdalene was not a prostitute, just a victim of a church that wanted to ensure the subjugation of women. So her reputation was slowly tarnished over the years.
