    Police and garda are after people that commit a crime. The law states that if you pay for sex you are breaking the law which means punters will be committing a crime(me included). If you think police or garda will not chase after law breakers then you are very foolish.

    The Irish Police tend to be fixated on getting easy fines which means they are more likely to harrass ordinary decent punters (ODPs) than nasty trafficking Pimps!

    Yes they are, but they will get a free pass on this law as will the great and good of Irish Society, by and large in a highly classist society such as ours only the regular Joe Soap Punter will get busted!

    The primary and indeed virtually all-embracing function of a police force is to protect the wealthiest and most powerful people in society and police everyone else to a level of whatever it takes!
