    My understanding is that stopping trafficking is the pre-dominant mover for this legislation. If there was no evidence of trafficking at all, do you think the authorities would be in the least bit interested in introducing a law for the purposes nabbing clients visiting someone like say Amy Alison, who is clearly independent ?
