    Default your IP address

Can your IP address be used to track you here by the Garda or will the have to try and get it from EI,I seen it on some newspaper some time ago that the Garda were going to use this, now I know you can hide your IP address or change it even to another Country, Anyone here know much about the IP addresses,

A good VPN sorts that problem out. I have used Hotspot Shield.
+1. As far as anyone could now tell, I am accessing this website from a country where the purchase of sex is legal.

I'd be more worried about them being able to smell the bullshit to be honest.

Even if they could get a list of all the IP addresses that had accessed EI, with lurkers as well as members, it would run into such a large numbers as to be useless.

Also, while an IP address may be useful in a investigation, IP addresses have never been used to prove anything in any court because there is always doubt about being able to tie a specific address at a specific time to a specific user.
