If you visit an escort that you have left a review for in the past, what happens?
Is she just an aquaintance
Someone that you knew?
A friend?
OR
should you avoid?
still waiting for Libertarian or some other legal eagle, to advise me.
Sorry bollox but I for one don't fully understand the question. However, I assume that anybody who advertises on EI would be considered by the police as a provider of sexual services.
Therefore anybody who purchases or attempts to purchase such services in exchange for "consideration" in theory at least can be charged with an offence. The whole area of reviews moving forwards is a grey one.
Some fear that they will open them selves up to possible conviction by writing about their experiences with escorts. The fear is that should you be nailed by the Old Bill and they somehow find out you are a contributor to forums like this and
write reviews that this could be used to convict you. As I said often before this legislation will be used to shame and disgrace those unlucky to be caught red handed in the act of paying for or trying to pay for sex in obvious locations were sex is known to be sold. This will include outdoor venues and known brothels which will be and are been raided. Something else they may try is arresting guys on the way out of venues and scaring them into making confessions apparently they do this a lot in Sweden.
They may also set up sting operations like ones they have carried out in Limerick and Dublin in the past. The bottom line is this. A bit like any criminal act, the chances of one being charged and convicted depends on how much effort you put into avoiding such an outcome. Venues which are easy to monitor and staffed by 3 or more escorts are likely targets for the police. Fully independent escorts who operate in discreet venues will be very difficult for the cops to monitor and represent a much reduced risk of falling foul of the law.

problem here is they are all brothels as the majority of escorts share, yes even the ones charging 120- 150 per half hour.
you just never sure and the girls wont mention it as the law wont affect them the way it will us if caught

How do you know it won't effect them badly if they are caught? There are of course Brothels in a technical sense and brothels in a practical sense.
You just know that some locations must have 3 or 4 escorts working when you visit because of the amount of traffic in and around the place. I would advise folk to avoid such venues in future.
Alternatively, if escorts work alone or in two's and are discreet and limit footfall it is very unlikely that they will come to the direct attention of the law enforcers. These are wiser places to frequent.
Not sure it really matters if this is mentioned to you by the escort or not. The repercussions for a punter are the same regardless of the situation. Best advise is be careful who you chose to visit and were you go for a meeting.
This is a genuine pain in the ass if you are a spur of the moment guy but it is worth following if you wish to minimise the chance of a conviction.
