Yes, but that is not a proof. How is that supposed to work? They storm in to the bedroom they find the escort and the punter in the bed, then they say like:
    - Are you the girl from escort-ireland who posted a comment saying "I don't do freebies"? Are you still not doing freebies or did you change your mind since you last posted online?

    That is simply not viable.

I tried to google around in the meantime, how do they enforce this law in Sweden. Not much details found so far.
But it seems that they were only able to enforce this on street level prostitution where they were able to see/videotape money changing hands. And then sex workers have moved off the streets and are using the Internet to advertise.
There is an interesting article on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/Gender_Crit..._the_purchase/
I understand this is the law and I'm not encouraging here anyone to break it. I just don't see how this can be enforced. Do you know any specific case from the news from Sweden or Northern Ireland except brothel or street prostitution?

This is how this law is policed in Sweden -

A group of sociopathic thugs stalking outside the apartment of a women they have been told is trafficked, waiting for her clients/rapists (in that case) to come out to scarify them into paying fines, meanwhile leaving her there, to continue to be abused (in this case).

As in Sweden also, if they want to target clients, they will put sex workers under unbelievable pressure to rat on their clients and many will!
It's not impossible to police at all!

It may fall down though in court due to a number of loopholes and also the concept of a 'common prostitute' is unconstitutional!

Also, if you are pulled under it here, a court appearance is mandatory, whereas The Swedish Pigz usually deal with it by an on the spot fine!

Alright, I see. I'd say if the punter and the escort is denying, it still cannot be proved in court. But, court appearance itself would be a disaster for most people even if the case would not stand.
Also, people would break easy if they get caught this way as they have too much to lose.
In this hypocrite society that would be a real disaster not to mention personal relationships.
The ideology behind this law is full of logical traps.

One got caught here in NI while the police raided a brothel, it was obvious why he was there. This was after a long time passed without them charging so had to prove it was in force another scare tatic. Since that incident I dont read up about it but it should be on the internet if so.
not really rina, intent is the crucial word here, they don't need that much evidence anyway as most escorts hand it on a plate to them.
Its not that difficult to prove really when you think about it,

what's the guy going to tell the police?, "youre not there for sex as tonight's TinkyWinks night"

    Nothing.
    Let them prove it.

You can tell them you went to visit a friend and you do not need to give any names.
The police may try to scare you, but there is nothing they can really do unless they burst through the door and catch you in the act.
And then they would need proof that you had paid in the first place.

There is a very small chance of the police being able to actually charge you for something that they cannot prove.

If it was me, I would say my business is my own and I do not feel comfortable to state my business.
The police cannot force you to say anything, but only speculate what you were doing there and speculation, like we see here will get you nowhere.

Floki, we all know if caught in the escorts premises here in Ireland you will be prosecuted, there is no doubt about that.
Really don't want to say too much on it here but the client does not stand any chance at all.

Neither punter nor sex worker who are consensually engaging with each other in private should face any criminal charges! Under the new law a punter is criminalised at the level of a fine, but 2 ladies sharing an apartment for commercial sex have had their legal penalties increased and that includes in their case the possibility of imprisonment!
