From what I see ,This law is having a large effect already ,As in the fear which has been created , An example of this is a friend of mine went to an escort last night ,when entering and leaving every man he seen ,a car parked in an odd place he believed they were cops ready to jump on him ,He was even nervous of the escort believeing if he mentioned he was there for sex the cops would storm in , The combination of these thoughts etc ruined his experience . Will he go again ,Most likely not at this moment in time . Backward little country indeed
I still don't understand how can they prove that someone paid for sex. This is a law, so they need proof, they can't just say we think you paid for sex right? They need either a confession or they need to witness e.g. hear the deal with the escort and see the money changing hands or have that on record somehow.
Like if you drink drive, they need a breath or blood test, they can't fine someone saying we think you're over the legal limit.
Watching a building from an undercover car doesn't prove anything.
So how does it work? How can they make any arrest or fine people without proof?
