Guys did anyone actually read the bill?? 9 sections, one of which is about payer (i.e punter) most of it about children and some trafficked. Do you honestly think there will be Guard outside every door, but if they see someone pick up streetwalker in car, then they can arrest under new law.

If I get caught, arrested and convicted:

Will I be classified as a "sex offender"?

Will I get a visa to enter US or Australia, given that I've been arrested and convicted for a criminal offence?

Will I be stopped working with children as I will fail "Garda vetting"?

I know I will lose my job and family, so just wondering what options myself and Bailey ( the dog) will have?

Simple fact is, it used to be legal, once this is the law it will no longer be. Regardless the risk level, there is now a risk, and many are averse to taking any risk at all.

It may fizzle out to nothing, but for the short term at least I think a lot of people will be scared off.

You should seek help Dr, but yes I think you will be on sex offenders register, and that entails a lot . But shit come see me anytime on O Connell St. and we can doss together .
