Default Time to get a Irish passport me thinks.

Ireland to legalise cannabis for specific medical conditions

Good news. Irish goeverment see's sense. Should give the country a good income. Soon the doctors will be prescribing it for anything from pain to nausea.

Will only affect 0.0000001% of people with certain conditions like Cancer etc. It is not legal as a pain killer or antidepressant and probably never will be.

To say it never will be is a bold statement considering it is legal in most countries already for pain
And it is legal already as a pain killer, you can buy CBD oil on amazon.

Its pretty much useless compared to some existing drugs. It will help and is safer but is milder too. People are always hoping for a powerful safe drug but it doesn't work like that.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but there's another new law regarding roadside sobriety testing starting in March.
Guards will be testing drivers for drugs now as well as alcohol (which is a good thing).
Here's the crazy part, if you've smoked a joint within ten days of taking the test you will fail and be prosecuted.
It's ridiculous but you will be considered under the influence for something you did last week.

Traveling on a free state passport is great. Put on the strongest Oor Tee Vee newscaster accent and play it up for plenty of free stuff in the the states. But, keep that red one handy should you need the backup of a proper embassy
