Fewer clients, means fewer escorts. The clients that remain may be good guys or they might be the type that have no concern for this or any other law.

Regardless it becomes riskier for clients and there will be fewer of them. The escorts that remain might have plenty of business, but certainly in the short term there will be a drop.

If an escort sees a drop in business then rates have to increase to maintain income. You may tell them "tough, tighten your belt", and you might consider that the only argument.

However escorting is a very difficult job, and if the money is not there, why go through all of that for inadequate return?

At the end of the day, the market will determine the rates. I could be wrong, maybe rates will go lower, but I'd love to hear how that would work...
