This week i waited with an elderly couple from 10.30am till 7pm after the house was ramsacked the garda station is 1.1km from there door a large inner city one..

If u mean general population will report sex i think thats naive most people mind there own business in large complexes. Plus if your neighbours do report u then u must have non stop indiscreet traffic coming and going and must really pissed off neighbours.
