Its gaining momentum elsewhere and You will probably see other countries like Scotland adopting a similar Bill at some stage
Well that fact that part of the Bill contains some commendable stuff is largely irrelevant because the relevant part can and will be challenged as it is quite shakey! It was particularly disgusting that a self declared feminist would introduce a bill which will hurt women and another thing that adds to the disgust is that putting the kitchen sink in the same bill re sex crimes, deliberately in part conflates consenting adults haiving sex with each other in private with child rapists and could also be seen as an effort (which BTW will not succeed!) to sublimate into the public consciousness that sex work and sex workers and punters should be further stigmatised as social piriahs!

My car tax is out for 4 months, no tv licence, no dog licence, growing weed in the hot press, putting nappies in the green bin...they will catch a few fish in the barrel ok, but not the smart ones. Yea, u better go across the water so.
I would bet any money that no Pig or retired Pig (isn't it great to retire on those huge pensions before you are even 50 in cases!) will ever be pulled under this insane law, with one exception, that is if they are out to destroy a particular pig who has annoyed them, which seems to be a bit of an MOD they employ!:madP

Me, it's now more exciting, no more walking around apartment complexes with a cheap phone stuck to me ear looking lost. No more standing at obvious landmarks.

You will either be nabbed during a raid ( avoid obvious agency girls, young, basic english, low cost, 24/7 etc.) especially in small rural towns.

Set up by a sting, easy, stick to established girls.

Nabbed on the way out, bit trickier...plan before you enter, can u leave via a car park? Turn a different direction on exiting? Have a really good look around before you enter building, any suspicion, wait.

I will book 2 hour appointments, ( see will they wait that long?), from 11.30 to 1.30 ( cops always eat lunch from 1 to 2).

They can't stop everyone exiting the building, so maybe carry a bag with a change of clothes, baseball hat and shades....or even a wig and a dress!

    Bring it on!!

All else fails, wear trainers and run like f*ck, if they catch you feign a heart attack!!

    Pervert!

The law doesn't have anything to do with what's on my signature. Last year I was thinking off moving on, this year I'm feeling it.

Have too much stuff here, hate packing and all that.

I was reading here we are not a steady group to put it that way, well, it is true. Not the escorts, not the punters. Each one, individually looks out for own interest.

I see this one and the other one posting in a disrespectful manner towards escorts, even towards clients ... is just.. not nice and slowly got fed up with the whole thing. Outside the boards is not a pleasant world either..

The majority of guys who paid/pay me a visit were/are lovely, some escorts are great women. I enjoy this line of work, but it is time for a change, new job etc ... Change is good.

This law as a change, we will see how it plays out, but I'm not confident on a good outcome in general.

Some freaking out, like there are ways and ways around it. But, I suppose, it is easy to see a certain profile and be able to call without a fear in the world... After all, in general, a punter wants a punt... Well, maybe now it is time to think twice who you will call. So many profiles around, I see something ''weird'' about them, but not the punters.. I rest my case.

If the majority of established/independent ladies leave, you guys are left with .... the rest of them profiles. Good luck I say.
    Naughty videos on EF.

its not irrelevant as you have to take it as the whole package, amendments too will be made down the line in few years to penalise even more, I'm not agreeing with the criminalisation of clients but I think you and I in our hearts know that the challenge will come to nothing.

correct, we talk about the criminalisation of clients but it has a huge knock-on affect on the escorts too but that was the plan.
I think it will gain even more momentum and other countries will adopt a similar law but hope i'm wrong

    I'm lost for words Rachel.

It's obviously not just a name change then...

I agree with all your sentiments, so can't argue.

You're very smart, young and good looking...the world is at your feet.

Honoured to have made your acquaintance xx.

Worth checking out Michael Lynn's (highly respected Human rights lawyer currently before the courts regarding gay ban on blood donation constitutionality) assessment of Part 4 of the Bill on SWAI's website - despite his reflex support for the law, his view is that the law almost certainly contravene's the rights of sex sellers in terms of privacy and safety. Canada's Supreme Court found unanimously 9-0 in favour of striking down such laws tho the pro-Swedish Model Harper govt determinedly applied principles of criminality in a parallel way to meet that judgement. Would be surprised if the challenge was defeated tbh.

we don't look out for each other probably we dont know each other and therefore look after number 1.
This has been a good thread with some insightful thought from guys like libertarian, bestie and others and its great to hear it from all sides but it not looking good and if you focus just on last year with the huge amount of raids on mostly innocent girls it is a wake up call

stay safe all and good night
