Before an arrest/raid will take place, the accommodations/ladies will be watched for a certain time before that happens. To watch a place, Guards need permission/follow orders. Is not like you are a Guard, visit a lady, have fun with her, next day you will knock in her door, asking her to leave the place.

And yes, those who will be watched will be girls who use a known accommodation, share with others, sure thing that in a few hours one or more clients will visit that location .. etc .. The Established escorts here will be relying on old regulars as don't think it will be a good idea for them them to advertise on the site as the Government has another card up their sleeve and which they are trying to get implemented down the line too if they can. Im guessing though that they don't have to physically catch you like the lad in Ennis or need your used johnny as evidence, all they need is phone records, prove you were in a certain location at a certain time where they know prostitution exists etc.

You are correct, we have seen escorts working alone or believe they are independent and working alone in an apartment room but forget there are other girls in that very same apartment block or just have moved in and just a few doors down
