I suggest you look up the meaning of the word "arbitrary". Can you seriously not see the correlation between certain ladies in certain locations to the public eye? I shouldn't have to define it as you can take any locality you wish on the EI map and it's crystal clear, who attracts attention and who doesn't.

I stand by my point. Of course there are a number of venues which are not discrete and the escorts may have certain issues attached but in the round they are exceptions. I suggest that you are been taken in by the sensationalist nonsense that passes for journalism in this so called Republic. Clearly you know very little about common/constitutional legal matters so I will let that point pass. Of course 3 people can work from a single venue if they take into account the circumstances locally. Remember it is the outdated social mores which condemns people working in and associating with the sex trade as social misfits and seeks to marginalise them.
