According to the SWAI she did speak to some sex workers and according to their Twitter when told that it would increase attacks on sex workers, she told them so it will act as a deterrent to stop people becoming sex workers. If that is the case and that is the mindset behind this law and The Minister is vastly beyond her competence as it is, it cannot absolutely cannot be constitutional! I cannot see that a law can be introduced with the intention of harming people and stand up, how can it?

Seem unlikely at this stage as politicians tend to live and die by popular policies rather than what is necessarily the 'right thing'.
Very little annoys people more than the idea that other people are having more (and better?) sex than them.
