You made the point that it's a human right and cited one jurisdiction to suit your agenda. Canadian jurisprudence on this matter is the exception and not the rule. The point is, if it's such a human right, then adduce more examples to support your claim. It's not a right that features in our Constitution, the ECHR, the UN Charter, etc. What about the US Constitution? Again, I struggle to see it. I may give you this jurisdiction on grounds of public morality but I won't concede the rest.
You're qualifying your own argument now, perhaps you acknowledge it's fundamentally flawed.
But are the rights to privacy and to freedom of association and indeed bodily integrity, all of which are under threat from this madness, not inalienable human rights?
