East cork has some lovely coastline, but youghal is some dump.
Lots of (empty) apartments there so rent would/should be cheap. That's the only positive I can think of.

Youghal is a lovely town. Just got a bit scruffy because there is no industry there anymore, and stupid development isn't helping either.
