I ask for a minimum of 30 minutes. I want a proper shower when I get out of bed (or before seeing any client). I need to get into the right mind set. Yes I would want to put some make up on and sort my hair out (bed head is not sexy). I might even need to go to the loo (we women do that too).

I think asking you to wait 10 minutes is very good for you and you should thank her for being flexible for you. The only time I would do that is if I had got ready for a client and they had cancelled last minute, so I was ready when they rang.

Lastly as you have already mentioned. You don't know what she was doing before you rang. She could have been in the middle of anything. We do have lives outside of work.

Very good answer, I think they should think a little about who we are people and we have life and needs. I, for example, need some time to prepare a good atmosphere (to light my candles ....) also to dress properly, to wash and to perfume myself ... when they ask me if I am available and their answer is NOW! I get nervous because I do not have time to prepare everything, many say they do not have 15 or 20 mins. We're not all day with heels and stockings, be aware of that.

The problem with this is that you made one agreement which meant she was running around like a blue ass fly to accommodate your needs and therefore did not have time to check her phone and then you changed the goal posts. You should have given her 30 minutes from the off or stayed with the arrangement and allowed for a little more time had she needed it if you wanted to be helpful.

Please try and understand that if you care about your work (which many of us do), being ready in 10 minutes is not as simple as opening the door.
