"Notify me each time one of my favorites begins a new tour"

I noticed this check-box on the Favourites page. It looks like a good idea, but does not seem to work for me (Windows 10 laptop and Chrome browser). When I check it and navigate from the page, the preference appears to be forgotten, and is unchecked when I return to the page. I can't see an obvious way to save the preference.

Has anyone used this successfully?

Im also having the same issue. Would be a really useful feature to have.
Also the sort feature gets reset each time. Would be nice if that was remembered once you navigate away.

If you are not receiving email notifications for each time an escort on your 'Favourites' list starts advertising, then please check your email settings.

There could be a chance that this is the reason.
But if you you have opted in to all emails, then we may need to loo into this more.

Thanks Floki - that explains it (nearly three years after I asked the question! )

I don't want emails from EI, so have opted out. Looks like the feature won't help me.
