Sticking with the plumber analogy, if I was told by others that a particular plumber was rubbish, I'd be the bigger fool to give him work.
Same with escorts, the reviews from reliable clients are invaluable as indeed are the responses from escorts who received bad reviews. My opinion: read reviews, read profiles, ask other clients who have met her for an opinion... like checking a reference, make an informed decision about who to visit. In that way, you minimise the chances of being disappointed.

Anyone with a bit of sense soon develops a sort of built in radar for the unreliable escort ads.
If you are a habitual punter you learn very fast.
And if you get caught by the occasional bad experience you just learn from it. You will get a lot more bad experiences in the “real world” of dating.
Besides, what is the alternative? The small ads in The S*nday Sp*rt? Or some online competitor that doesn’t have a proper review system?
Escort Ireland’s service (imho) is not really bad and I wouldn’t criticise it. Escort Ireland’s problem, and I admit I don’t have a ready answer to it, is in discretion, not the service it provides. And even there, I haven’t had many problems.

To answer your query...............YES
Will you get compensation.................. NO
Will you win your case....................... NO
But you can sue.
You can hit your head off a stone wall.
You can jump off a bridge.
You can do whatever you like.
Will E-I care.................. NO
Will your LEGAL TEAM care............YES................. depends on how much money you have to spend on your folly.
My personal advice, not to be mistaken for legal advice, is ......."Take a day off and get laid"
