Long ago you got no sympathy for this, I was going to jump from a bridge years back and my friends said FFS, If you're going to jump, Jump..even passers by were egging me on to do it...
Times have changed for the better in getting help but depression in young people is still higher than ever, I blame the internet

Yes I opened this thread with the intention of helping people posting links and people exchanging experiences and not to call or write me wanting my help, because I can not help anyone as i am have no personal experience or any professin qualify... besides advising to seek help from a professional as i did with that guy i met in the past.
We all move after drinking when we are depressed or not...
