I was in that situation too. Long term relationship gone bad. Glad I started punting because it gets your confidence back up and makes you much more comfortable around pretty women. And of course it's great otherwise

Best advice I can give you is to read a lot of reviews. And see if the other experiences with the lady are what you want.
