The same thing happened to a review I wrote last month.
Most reviews will get published within a couple of hours but I think a few random reviews are passed onto a second person for approval and that is why there is a notification on your review that only you can see.
My on hold review was automatically approved within 1 working day so be patience and if you review is not approved after a couple of days then PM one of the moderators.
This seems to be a new process that the website have implemented to reduce the number of fake reviews so I would not read too much into the fact that your review went to a second person for approval.

By pure coincidence, a few months ago , I also wrote a review about Anny,
wrote it on a Sunday and it was still stuck in limbo /held up on the Wednesday.
I then pm-ed a mod and it was published.
So, as the post above, if nothing happens, in a couple of days, PM a mod in the daytime.
And relax, you have three other reviews for her

If you don't get a follow-up explanation, PM one if the mods. Most get published within 24 hours, but there are a few rules that can trip you up. Less experienced mods sometimes put them on hold if they aren't sure if a rule has been breached.

I think EI needs to think a bit harder about its established members.

Yes I noticed that I haven't met Anny yet but going by her reviews I'm sure she doesn't deserve all those thumbs down. I've noticed the same bull shit on in other ladies reveiws a load of thumbs down where I know for fact they are undeserved. I know some people will say the rating is not for the lady but for the receiver but in my opinion the whole idea is totally bs and unnecessary.
