IrishSarahBarra has asked me to start a thread where posters can drop links to podcasts, articles or videos that they have found explains a topic particularly well ...without having to say too much and/or worry why it's relevant. I'm not sure whether this video is the type of thing that Sarah was looking for, only time will tell.
MidlifeCrisis and Mr Anderson have already posted on the "New Thread Required" thread Sarah created a few days ago, so I'm expecting them to add more insights here.
I was waiting for Emma to start a 'Welcome Back' thread, but she's tied up at the moment
