Got a few rented properties and even where I live Escorts have rented beside me, there is noise throughout the night and loud music and the usual but when you nicely tell them there are children trying to sleep and to please keep the noise down late at night they tell me and tenants to fu*k off and slam the door.
Some of the escorts are on here but on here butter wouldn't melt in their mouths, Can't believe the change

Doesn't matter who the tenant is, you can get good and bad, that's life. You could be talking about students, multiple professionals sharing, anything.
Why don't you sell all your properties and then maybe use the proceeds to buy a country mansion, with a motorised gate, a tall fence and room for a pony?

even students are not banging 24/7, ....why should anyone have to give up their home and properties just because someone else is causing the trouble, its not the solution
