i can lift over 140kg in the gym without issues,

nina also seems like she could be strong, i havent gotten her to lift any shit before, however to the ladies learn to lift correctly a few hundred aint worth your back,
there is techinique needed for big weights

Ive read this post a few times because I'm into throwing those weights round myself. It's not about lifting the weights it's all about your form doing it. It does kinda raise the issue of if someone actually agrees and damages them self for the sake of a few hundred. Then add in medical costs and been out of work. Is it really a risk worth taking? I just hope you find someone that has the proper knowledge of lifting. By sounds of it though miss Taylor here knows how to shift them weights.

Of course you have that's the only way too do it... when I started off that's what I use to do just use bar and have a mirror infront so I could see my form then added weight. The guys in the gym would be lifting stupid fucking weights looking like they was about to burst a vein in the head just to impress the cardio bitches on the treadmill and would say I was stupid. I'm now lifting a lot more weight then them with a lot better form gaining a lot faster and starting to notice the guys using the same technique now. I do abit of personal training for people 1 on 1 and they thinks it's all about weight but when I explain they realise

FYI I learned today if your very tall a full lift over my head I cannot do I can't work out what to do with my hands
But easily did 96kg lift and squated with him
Must learn more techniques was disappointed I couldn't do a full over my head lift
Also he owes me a new bed

Depends on how big your hands are... how was you holding him on his side or front or back? Side would be perfect be more like a bar then go from there one hand mid way down the persons rib cage with thumb one side fingers other the other hand half way down thigh same again with thumb and fingers. People think they should use the joints to lift as you get better grip as in under the arm pit and back of knee but as soon as you lift them there they will just go as floppy as a 80 years old without viagra.
I use this technique cuz we train like this in gym sometimes as a human weight is better for building stability muscles in shoulders as the weight is uneven and they tend to move abit.
