If it's work, workers must have skills. Does anyone know of any research done to identify and define the skills (or skills set) of an escort(s).

What could they be?

Eg. High focus, high E.Q., complete disassociation from physical attractiveness at either end of the spectrum.

I don't know of any studies. I do remember reading that people with a background in health care do well as escorts because they're trained and used to dealing with the human body. I think the best and most successful are very organised business wise and are really good at customer focus.
Somebody should look into it properly.

Being an escort is probably more an art than a science.
That is why it is difficult to assign and describe the skills required.
And why it can be difficult to adequately describe the experience in a review.
