let me clear this one:
If an advertiser is sharing an apartment with a friend, but have separate adverts, we will not publish a review where there is an implication of 2 or more girls working together.
If 2 advertisers choose to advertise openly as a duo, we do not face this dilemma and can publish the review.

Well review shouldn't be published.... for the protection and safety of both the Escort and client, to advertise a duo at present is only making the job for the authorities a lot easier, handing evidence on a plate with bow tie and all. Just because a location has not been raided yet, do not mean its not under surveillance as all those spots are,
problem here is alot of girls don't realise or know the law. E-I can't be touched but Escort and Client can.... stay safe guys

E-I tell us if an escort has a escort friend with her in the apartment we should leave and immediately call the police and report it, strange as then we would be reporting nearly every escort advertising on here.
Its impossible to get reviews published on here now unless they are positive but we cant review these girls as not allowed under the rules and are told to report them instead.

The true interpretation in the laws eyes is two escorts who are actively working together, a duo is the same as in majority of cases they both share then it is illegal, it has nothing to do with whether there are two clients or one in the apartment, in fact there doesn't have to be any, as long as the two girls are actively selling their services from the same premises, its a brothel. I can't understand why you could publish a review for a duo in these circumstances as its contradictory for a start.
