I assumed escorts would discuss certain aspects of clients to enable them to vet some and try to keep themselves safe. Perhaps also to know who to steer clear from or who is nice, if that includes clients 'preferences' etc then I'd say it's fair game.
However if it's gossiping some information that's clearly shared in confidence, then I wouldn't be best pleased but then again it's a case of be careful who you trust. Once bitten twice shy and all that and it has little to do with being an escort or client, unfortunately it's human nature for some people to enjoy a good gossip.
