Well he need to take it up with mod and hopefully he can get his review published as true you could had lost 2 client and rule are not right...

Hi Cindy,

If any client contact to you to say that he can not write a review, please tell him that he must contact to us, not to you. We can not solve a problem that we don't know that exists if the punter does not report it.
