My review from last year was because at time of appointment I had problems with the garda in my apartment and I could not answer and after cant ring back as i deleted all call before garda get into my apartment, and this year was because I forgot my cell phone in the bathroom and did not hear his calls and as soon as I saw I called him and explained why I did not answered!!
