I have tested this myself and do see that the spinning wait gif does stay, but after a few seconds of waiting, it seems to be fine after and I am able to continue with the Advance Search.
Could you please trying Advance Searching again, but wait for 10 seconds or so.
If it is still happening, then I will need to look into something else for you.
