I had a great paid job and am well qualified, but divorce meant I had to take a back seat for a while and when I was in a position to get back to where I was before it was not as forthcoming, as I was still the main provider and carer for my family and couldn't commit the time necessary. I was over qualified for the lower paid jobs and in a catch22 situation.
This job meant I could continue looking after my family and earn well again (and more) for less hours, so a great option.
I'm afraid it is going to have to be self employment for the rest of my life now, as I just can't see myself working for anyone else now.
