I think he means you can save money by going abroad for a holiday exclusively for that purpose and I would agree, If you went for a week to the likes of Athens , you could see a different girl every day for a week for 30 minutes all included for €210-€350 total, and this is in decent places and all legal and above board, Throw in 20 euro a night for a decent room on air bnb and 20/30 quid a day for all your food and the sites and your talking €700 max for the week, same as seeing 7 girls here but you get a week long sun holiday thrown in the mixer
