I learned today that these guys in the car are working for a private security company that look after troubled teenagers.
You have these places around the country being rented by companies to house troubled teenagers and you have to have full time security people there too look after these teenagers. So you would have security inside + outside the apartment to manage these teenagers. These teenagers were seen getting into the car and being driven around by the security people.

I do not think they were pimps because they would not spend all day in the car and it was not gardai either because the gardai would not made it so obvious if they were watching the apartment.
I heard that these security guys are not causing any problems for the escorts or clients so this new explanation makes more sense I think.
