Ah, Floki, at least you didn't link to Breitbart I suppose. These conspiracy theories have long been debunked. I will admit there is a case for political discussion about whether her actions as Secretary of State lead to deaths of innocent people, but she could do nothing unilaterally, and would have needed backing of congress and senate, so clearly there is plenty of blood on US governments hands in general.
