When are EI going to address the ongoing issues with site. Can't load more Escorts in any section, can't access Gallery, Diary etc and only way of accessing Today and Arriving Soon is to select and then refresh. This s going on for weeks and was reported by other users.

When are EI going to address the ongoing issues with site. Can't load more Escorts in any section, can't access Gallery, Diary etc and only way of accessing Today and Arriving Soon is to select and then refresh. This s going on for weeks and was reported by other users.

Good Morning, my colleagues are working on this issue.
The page seems to work fine for the majority of the users.
The problem reposrted is linked to a specific browser and its specific version, and specific a phone with a buit in browser.

in order to look into this one please let us have more information:

for example which device are you using?
which is the OS?
which browser and which version?
mobile or desktop version of the page?

we usually start by trying to replicate the problems here in the office before we can look into offering you a fix.
