Define exorbitant. Most charges I have heard of were within....
yep they would call it that

as for exorbitant, meaning double or treble the standard going rate of the property or similar

You see you cant say they charge double/treble when they are providing a fully furnished and prepared apartment. You are probably considering that if the mortgage of a given property is €1200 per month then they should only be charging €300 per week. But it doesn't work that way. The person that owns the lease on the apartment would be fucked in a matter of weeks.

Couple of factors to be considered.

The apartment is usually furnished, and with normal facilities you would expect from a commercial rental.. i.e. bed linen, kitchen utensils, washing machine etc... and sometimes even towels. Someone has to maintain this. If the shower doesn't work its their responsibility to get it fixed.. and so on.

If you do not get a booking all four weeks of the month, the one week you do not you are out of pocket as the apartment is empty... who pays for that.

This is an illegal service. If raided and investigated, who will go to court?

I think for a decent apartment to pay what you would for a hotel room is about right. Remember a hotel room can usually only accomodate one working escort where as a apartment may accommodate two. Depending on the luxurious standard of the accommodation daily rates can vary slightly up or down.

It seems all fair to me....

Some of you guys, it's like you're obsessed by this world. Being so fixated on every aspect of how escorts go about their lives. It can't be healthy.

the problem is that your judgement and what you consider fair has a little asterisk attached and that is that you considered it fair to hide outside an apartment and invade another persons privacy. and that's only the tip of the iceberg.

what i'm talking about is escorts buying and renting properties to other new escorts,as youre p[robably aware its illegal for landlords to knownily rent out a property to escorts and so other escorts see this as a no brainer to make alot money, they could teach you a few things Jammy
