The person that owns the lease on the apartment would be fucked in a matter of weeks.
Couple of factors to be considered.
The apartment is usually furnished, and with normal facilities you would expect from a commercial rental.. i.e. bed linen, kitchen utensils, washing machine etc... and sometimes even towels. Someone has to maintain this. If the shower doesn't work its their responsibility to get it fixed.. and so on.
If you do not get a booking all four weeks of the month, the one week you do not you are out of pocket as the apartment is empty... who pays for that.
This is an illegal service. If raided and investigated, who will go to court?
I think for a decent apartment to pay what you would for a hotel room is about right. Remember a hotel room can usually only accomodate one working escort where as a apartment may accommodate two. Depending on the luxurious standard of the accommodation daily rates can vary slightly up or down.
It seems all fair to me....
